Sunday Services

During the ISU academic year, there are two services every Sunday, at 9 am and 11 am, with a social hour from 10-11 am in between. The program for both services is the same. During the summer there is a single service at 10 am. Check the calendar for details.

Visitors are always welcome. Look at the Visitors page for more details.

Nursery care for children up to age 3 is provided at all services, year-round. Religious education for older children is available during the academic year at one of the services or at both, depending on the age. There may be child care for older children available in the summer. Contact our Director of Youth and Children's Ministries (292-5960, dycm@uufames.org) for more information. Preregistration is not required for occasional visitors.

Fellowship

the Rev. Brian Eslinger

Julia Ward Howe, a Unitarian, called for a “Mother’s Day of Peace” in hopes that all mothers around the world would join to create peace. We’ll take this Sunday to reflect how this work is going and how it can be done by all people, not just mothers.

Your Summer Quest

Linda Barnes, Sarah Carlson & Chris White

For many of us, thoughts of summer bring a feeling of release, when we may (or think we may) have more opportunity to seek or pursue avenues different from the main roads of our usual journeys. Many of us make some plans to do something special in the summer season. Is it a quest?

Special Music: Esin Unal, flute
